Oakland parking spot melee puts two in the hospital, one under arrest

A Sunday night melee stemming from a parking space dispute left one man with a broken elbow from a baseball bat,is the 'solar panel revolution' upon us? another wounded by a gunshot and the suspected bat wielder under arrest with a nasty cut, police said Monday.

The violence erupted about 10:30 p.m. at an apartment in the 1500 block of 13th Avenue.
