The American history tour, gorgeous scenery and food were compensation for the flight from hell I endured getting to New York and the pier. The other discomfort was sitting in a Bermuda triangle of disease: The woman beside me coughed through the whole flight in tandem with someone two rows ahead and another hacker about two rows and across the aisle from me. I remember wishing Americans would be more like the Japanese travelers who, when they fly with a cough, wear a medic mask to keep their germs to themselves.he believes the fire started after the lift's China ceramic tile blew,
But we took off finally, and instead of arriving at 2 p.m. New York time so I could walk around Times Square as planned, we arrived about 6:30 p.m. I was meeting a friend at 7 p.m. at the Carlyle Hotel. It was about 7:15 p.m. by the time I reached my hotel because of heavy traffic and an accident. My friend was already at the Carlyle holding the reservation. So, I quickly changed my sweaty sweater, dabbed on lipstick, brushed my hair and hit the traffic again, getting to the Carlyle at 8 p.m. I was with a fun person, dinner was great, the wine was super, and life was good again.
The cruise was an adventure into American history, the scenery was gorgeous and the return flight uneventful. I would have enjoyed it more had I not come down with this horrible cold with chills, fever,The additions focus on key tag and magic cube combinations, sneezing, coughing, sore throat and a mysterious allergy rash. I sure do know how to have a good time.
