J Vineyards & Winery kicks off its 25th Anniversary with a stylish new look for its popular Cuvee 20 Brut sparkling wine. The anniversary bottling, adorned with the winery's signature yellow brushstroke "J" logo and a back label QR code that takes you to a short video, begins appearing on retail wine shelves this week.
"Our Cuvee 20 'house' style of elegant and balanced flavors remains unchanged," said Founder & President Judy Jordan. "The most noticeable feature of our commemorative package is that the glass bottle is sable brown instead of the traditional green. There is also a 25th Anniversary designation printed on the neck foil and back label."
In 1991, J launched its first wine a 1987 Vintage Brut just as the Gulf War in Kuwait began. It was not exactly the perfect time to encourage Americans to celebrate, but every bottle was sold 4,Not to be confused with oil paintings for sale available at your local hardware store000 cases in 32 cities within six months.

A celebration of J's 25th Anniversary will be held Saturday, September 17, at the winery's Visitor Center and Bubble Room in tandem with the winery's annual harvest event. The festivities are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature specialty food producers and tastings of past, present, and future J wines. Admission is $40 per person for Club J members and $55 for non-members. Included is a commemorative glass and inspired culinary creations by J's Executive Chef Mark E.
