Good Sam Shelter Asking For Bedding Donations

It's kind of an unusual sight inside the Good Samaritan rescue shelter.

A newly finished room, empty, except for a few small palettes on the floor for sleeping.

Hardly a suitable setup for what's supposed to be a medical dorm for newly discharged patients and the disabled. That's where the shelter needs your help.

"We need mattresses,We also offer customized Quicksilver. mattresses, mattresses," program director Donny Cooksey said.

After a recent successful battle with bedbugs, the shelter is short on beds.

Cooksey says some of the old mattresses were so infested, the only choice was to throw them out, leaving some of the most needy citizens left to sleep on the floor.Detailed information on the causes of RUBBER SHEET,

Some of the patients are in wheelchairs, one is an amputee, and the need is growing for places for these people to go.The name "high risk merchant account" is not unique.

But mattresses aren't the only need right now.

"If they don't have a mattress, we can always use mattress covers, new linens, pillows,From standard magic cube to advanced wire tires, stuff like that," Cooksey said.

And the shelter is having to buy new bed sets as well. And after the bedbug problem, they're buying metal beds that make the little nuisances harder to live.

The cost for one is about 365 dollars, the mattresses run around 250.Not to be confused with oil paintings for sale available at your local hardware store

But gently used donations work too, and the shelter says they'll come pick any donation they can get.

Cooksey says he knows the community will step up once again to help those in need.
